Phil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Roanoke College, graduating with high honor recognized by the Wall Street Journal, along with an Associate degree in Accounting. Prior to real estate, he spent over 30 years in finance, consistently delivering exceptional client satisfaction while managing complex transactions, controlling costs, and closing on time. Phil has always called the Roanoke Valley home and believes there is no better place to live, work, and raise a family. He resides in Vinton with his wife, Anna, and they have four adult children—Heather, Drew, Nick, and Christian—as well as three grandchildren, Kamryn, Cannon, and Dash. Outside of real estate, Phil enjoys the outdoors, running, biking, sports, and spending time with family.
