Lisa Merrill brings a lifelong connection to real estate, having been immersed in the industry from a young age through her father’s successful career as a broker. That early exposure developed into a genuine passion for helping others navigate the buying and selling process, whether guiding first-time homebuyers, supporting growing families, or assisting investors in building and strengthening their portfolios.

In addition to her work in real estate, Lisa serves full-time at the Veterans Hospital in the Eye Care Center, where she has built a strong reputation for care, attention to detail, and dedication to those she serves. She carries that same level of commitment into her real estate work, ensuring her clients feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

Real estate is truly a family-centered passion for Lisa, with both of her daughters actively involved in the industry here in Virginia. She enjoys collaborating with them and staying closely connected to the local market, allowing her to bring insight, perspective, and a team-oriented approach to her clients.

Outside of real estate, Lisa is an entrepreneur at heart and owns her own bakery business specializing in custom cakes and specialty cupcakes. She is deeply rooted in the Roanoke community, where all four of her children and eleven grandchildren live. When she is not working, you will often find her at local sporting events cheering on her grandchildren or enjoying time thrifting for unique finds.
