Ivan Rubiano brings a unique blend of discipline, focus, and service to his role as a real estate professional. By day, Ivan is a surgical doctor in a private practice serving the Roanoke Valley area. Beyond medicine, he has long held a passion for real estate, investing, and helping others build a secure future through homeownership and strategic investments.

Originally from Colombia and bilingual, Ivan is able to serve a diverse range of clients with clarity and confidence. Much of his real estate business is referral-based, built on trust, results, and strong relationships. He works as part of a husband-and-wife team alongside his wife, Krysandra Rubiano, offering clients a collaborative and well-rounded approach rooted in integrity, diligence, and strong advocacy.

Ivan is known for being focused, driven, and bold, with a reputation as a strong and thoughtful negotiator. He is especially passionate about educating others- helping clients understand that homeownership is not just a dream, but an achievable reality. He also enjoys guiding families and investors in building wealth and creating a lasting legacy for generations to come.

Faith is central to Ivan’s life and work. He believes in leading with honesty, perseverance, and purpose, always putting God and his family first. He actively volunteers at his church, coaches and assists with his children’s sports teams, and serves as a board member for a local nonprofit, roles that reflect his heart for leadership, mentorship, and community involvement.

Outside of real estate and medicine, Ivan enjoys staying active at the gym, exploring new restaurants as a true foodie, and making meaningful memories with his family.

Ivan is honored to be a part of Varney Realty Partners and looks forward to serving clients with excellence, dedication, and a genuine desire to see others succeed.
